HORSES, SPORT, RESPECT

Yes, loving horses and competing while respecting them is possible.

Equestrian sport is at a turning point in its history. Today, society is questioning our practices: it is up to us to demonstrate that sporting excellence can go hand in hand with genuine respect for the horse.

Equestrian Action Group was born from this conviction: to ensure a sustainable future for our sport by defending horse welfare and valuing the horse as a partner in excellence.

In a context where Social Licence to Operate (SLO) — society’s acceptance of our practices — directly determines the future of equestrianism, our mission is clear: to protect the legitimacy of equestrian sport by putting horse welfare at the heart of everything we do.

Our 3 core values

Mounted archer and horse jumping an obstacle

National and international judges, stewards, FEI veterinarians, riders, top-level coaches and officials, and organizers, all united by a shared vision.

Horse presented during a veterinary inspection

Placing the horse at the center, as a happy athlete and a true partner to humans.

Four-horse competitive driving team

An active network across several countries, mobilized to safeguard the future of equestrian sport.
